| Joskin has added to its range of slurry tankers on the Irish market. The Modulo 2 series comprises a range of slurry spreaders characterised by a self-supporting structure, with an integral cradle under the tank. The hitch, separate, is fixed to the cradle at two points 1,000 mm apart, giving very stable support to the whole of the structure, particularly the tank. |

The hitch, in the shape of a fork, also provides good protection for the pump, and allows the fitting of a transverse spring suspension device without distorting the traction line. The tank is located in the integral cradle to which it is welded and on which the tensile stresses are focused. Advantages of the new range include: 1) Tank support over the whole width and length 2) Lowered traction point, in direct line with the running gear anchorage 3) Reversible fork for high or low hitch 4) Protection for the pump inside the hitch fork The range includes the single axle (ME series) from 2,500 to 11,000 litres and the double axle (MEB series) from 8,400 to 16,000 litres The Joskin Roll-Over© Bogie axle unit is fitted as standard. |
